Victory Conference

Victory Conference is a multi-day gathering centered on renewal, transformation, and powerful moments of worship. Hosted by Victory Church in Tulsa, the event brings together a diverse lineup of speakers, music, and experiences—all designed to engage, inspire, and create lasting impact for every attendee.

Vertical Productions partnered with Victory Church to help bring the full vision of the conference to life. From early-stage planning through final execution, our team worked across multiple disciplines to ensure every element of the experience was cohesive, dynamic, and executed at the highest level.

Our role spanned production direction, lighting design, stage design, and full technical implementation. Through detailed 3D renderings and intentional system planning, we developed an environment that could support a wide range of moments—from high-energy worship to focused teaching sessions—while maintaining a consistent visual language throughout the week.

Lighting and visuals played a central role in shaping the atmosphere. With world-class lighting programming and custom screen content, each session was supported with movement, texture, and depth—enhancing the experience without overwhelming it. Every cue and visual element was designed to complement the flow of the conference and the message being communicated.

In addition to design and programming, Vertical Productions provided LED panel rentals, full system setup, and on-site execution. Managing a week-long event with multiple speakers and musical elements required precision, flexibility, and consistency—ensuring that every moment felt seamless for both the audience and the team behind the scenes.

The result was a unified and immersive conference experience—one that balanced creativity with clarity, and energy with intention. Together with Victory Church, we helped create an environment that elevated each moment and supported the greater purpose of the event.
